In 2021, Dubai’s lively Jumeirah Lake Towers harbour district gained a new and imposing 40-storey high-end residential and business property. Challenge
When fitting out the 472 luxury apartments in this 170 m, high-end residential and business complex, the developers were looking for products capable of offering exclusive comfort, premium quality and elegant design. The aim was to create a luxurious residential atmosphere that embodies the elegance and style of a five-star hotel. These high standards of quality also need to be matched in the bathrooms of the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, whose floor space ranges from 69 m² to 288 m². At the same time, the sanitary solutions needed to be smart and highly functional, to ensure efficient, trouble-free operations in this 40-storey skyscraper.
Solution
A total of 1,100 MONTUS WC modules and matching MONTUS BOARD WC operating panels from SCHELL were installed in the bathrooms of the 472 residential units in the MBL Residence. Offering a geometric, linear design with a glossy, chromed finish, the operating panels blend seamlessly into the exclusive design approach taken by this luxury residence. The practical dual flush system also ensures efficient, water-saving consumption in this residential and business property. Accordingly, the high-quality sanitary solutions from SCHELL not only meet this development’s design requirements but also help to enhance the luxurious day-to-day residential and lifestyle experience for the occupants of the MBL Residence.
