SCHELL at SHK: user and drinking water hygiene take centre stage
At SHK Essen, SCHELL will be presenting its product highlights for drinking water installations in public, semi-public and commercial buildings at its stand 5B29 in hall 5. “At this year’s SHK, our focus will be on the SWS Water Management System as well as network-ready contactless fittings: our intelligent solutions that help to maintain user and drinking water hygiene. And we’ll also be showcasing new products that are tailored specifically to applications where users have limited mobility or slower reaction times,” explains Andrea Bußmann, Head of Marketing, Sales and Product Management.
Say goodbye to manual flushes
Only recently launched on the market, the MONTUS Flow WC cistern module joins the GRANDIS E kitchen tap in expanding the range of innovative, SWS- and SSC-compatible solutions for maintaining good drinking water quality. With these new products, automated stagnation flushes are now possible at all key tapping points in (semi-)public buildings. Complicated, manual flushes are now a thing of the past. As an additional benefit, solutions from SCHELL also ensure that both water and energy are saved – and all without compromising on convenience for the user.
MONTUS Flow H WC cistern module for accessible WCs
SHK also marks the official public premiere of the new, SWS-ready MONTUS Flow H WC cistern module. This is the ideal solution for accessible WCs, which are typically used less often. With the addition of load-bearing brackets to the module, for example, support handles can be fitted for easier use by people with physical disabilities. Stagnation flushes can also be set up and executed using SSC or SWS, so as to offer optimum support for maintaining excellent drinking water quality.
New arrivals for MODUS
SCHELL will also be showcasing its latest additions to the MODUS family: four MODUS single-lever mixers with two separate handle designs and cartridge variants, as well as the MODUS shower thermostat. Two of the new MODUS single-lever mixers and the new shower thermostat with ThermoProtect technology offer optimum anti-scalding protection – even if the cold water line fails.
