Pressure balance valve (PBV)

Discontinued
For compensating for the level of pressure in the cold/hot water supply before sampling fittings. Prevents water admixing for fittings with a mixing shaft (e.g. together with small geysers*). Improves adjustment range for single-lever taps. Prevents variations in temperature with pressure fluctuations.
