In order to maintain the quality of drinking water during interruptions in service, regulations apply regarding the measures to be taken – at the beginning and at the end of the interruption. VDI rules and regulations require a complete flush of the entire drinking water installation every 72 hours. But what action should be taken in the event of extended shutdowns – as is often the case when corona strikes?
